Setup Your Channel Manager

Connect your hotel and match rooms to your OTA sales channels.

• To connect your hotel with your OTA sales channels you will need to have an account with MyAllocator. MyAllocator is free to try for 30 days.

To connect a hotel under MyHotelPMS to MyAllocator,

1. Log in to your MyAllocator account.
2. Go to Manage > PMS Connections.
3. Select Bellebnb from the dropdown menu.
4. Click Add to generate a token.
5. Copy the token to your clipboard.

If you are using Bellebnb with MyAllocator, you will need to disconnect from MyAllocator in your Bellebnb account so that your bookings are forwarded to your hotels under MyHotelPMS.

Once you have your PMS Connection Token (above),

1. Log in to your MyHotelPMS Back Office.
2. Go to Settings > Channel Manager.
3. Paste the PMS Connection Token into the field and click Continue.

From here, just follow the directions to connect your rooms.
